Great stay with helpful staff

Our one-night stay in the Savvy King room was fantastic! The front desk staff answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. Enjoy the complimentary cocktail, but consider exploring nearby restaurants for better drinks. a comfy experience that I'd happily repeat!

We had wheelchair accessible room with great views, a thicker blanket plus ac, which was important. The location was particularly good and stunning, met efficient staff on service during the time when everyone was checking out.

The location was magnificent and stunning: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance. The fact that Government Center tube station was some 15 minutes away was a plus.

Location can't be beat. Just steps from Bayside Marketplace, with easy access to public transport. I enjoyed the spectacular bay view from my room, which was freshly painted—although the carpet needs serious attention. Staff were welcoming and efficient, especially at breakfast, but there were issues. The continental spread didn’t stay fresh long enough, and noise from slamming doors disrupted sleep. The elevators were crowded, making luggage transfers tedious. Maintenance struggles surfaced, with unresponsive cleaning and malfunctioning amenities. The concierge experience was lackluster—disorganized and inefficient.

This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area. On my first stay, the staff helped me find nearby dining spots, making it memorable. I highly recommend staying here, and I'm looking forward to coming back for Easter!

Loved amiable staff and reasonably large hotel.

The room was brand-new with extremely comfy beds. The breakfast was quick with lots of meals to choose from. We had a really really nice stay at this fantastic central hotel.

The room had a significant issue with the bed; it sagged in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with barely any space to move, and the layout felt awkward. The lack of a hairdryer, ice machine, and a mini-fridge was inconvenient. Although the Wi-Fi worked well, the elevators were a challenge. I often had to wait long periods, and on occasion, we opted for the stairs. The staff were lovely and accommodating, but the room lacked the basic amenities that would have made for a more comfortable stay.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway

Such a great location, right by all the shops and restaurants on the water! The room was cozy and clean, which was nice. Got a free cocktail at the bar too, which added to the vibe. Just wish the elevator didn't take so long during check-out; it was a bit of a hassle.
